1. Scope and contracting parties
These partner terms apply to businesses offering airport parking, hotel packages with parking and shuttle, or airport transfers through HolidayParking. They supplement the information stored during registration and in the operator account. Customer terms and privacy notices remain separate documents.
2. HolidayParking’s role
HolidayParking operates a booking and referral platform. The partner provides the booked parking, hotel, shuttle or transport service in its own name and under its own responsibility. HolidayParking does not itself become the parking, hotel or transport provider unless expressly agreed otherwise in an individual case.
3. Registration, review and activation
The partner provides complete and accurate company, contact, operating, service, licence, insurance and settlement information. There is no entitlement to activation. HolidayParking may request evidence, review details, request changes and withhold offers until all matters are clarified. Registration alone does not publish a bookable offer.
4. General partner obligations
In particular, the partner agrees to:
- keep prices, taxes, fees, surcharges, availability, blocked periods and service descriptions current and complete;
- fulfil confirmed bookings reliably under the displayed terms and inform customers promptly of operational changes;
- maintain all licences, permits, insurance and regulatory requirements needed for its operation;
- upload only content, brands, logos and images it may lawfully use and respect third-party rights;
- use personal booking data only to perform the booking and in accordance with applicable data protection law;
- notify HolidayParking immediately of security incidents, service failures, permanent changes or threatened non-performance.
5. Bookings, prices and payments
The total price displayed during booking applies to the customer. A partner may not unilaterally increase a confirmed booking. Depending on the enabled payment model, the customer pays online through HolidayParking or directly to the partner. The partner follows the payment methods enabled in its account. Chargebacks, refunds and cancellations are settled based on the confirmed booking, customer terms and service actually provided.
6. Specific terms for airport parking
The partner keeps prices and availability current and provides the agreed parking and additional services. Where legally permissible, prices offered on HolidayParking match those on the partner’s own website and other booking platforms. HolidayParking charges a 20% referral fee on successfully referred bookings. There is no listing fee or fixed monthly charge. Collected parking revenue is generally paid every four weeks by credit note to the stored bank account; a different cycle may be agreed individually.
7. Specific terms for hotels with parking and shuttle
The hotel provides the confirmed accommodation, airport parking and shuttle package as published. Rooms, parking duration, shuttle times, pickup points, capacity, availability and additional costs must be kept current. Unless otherwise agreed in the operator account, a 20% referral fee and four-week credit-note settlement apply to successfully referred bookings.
8. Specific terms for airport transfer services
The transfer partner keeps service areas, airports, vehicles, capacity, fixed fares, distance or time prices and all variable surcharges current. It uses suitable, roadworthy and properly insured vehicles and appropriately authorised drivers. HolidayParking charges a 15% referral commission on successfully referred and completed bookings. There is no listing fee or fixed monthly charge. Once a month the partner receives a credit note for completed, non-cancelled journeys, paid to the stored bank account.
9. Disruption, delay and non-performance
If a confirmed service cannot be provided in full, the partner immediately informs HolidayParking and the customer and helps arrange a reasonable alternative. Additional costs, refunds and justified customer claims caused by a partner-responsible failure may be offset against payouts or charged to the partner. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Settlement, taxes and set-off
Credit notes and statements cover paid, non-cancelled bookings that are ready for settlement under the applicable model. The partner promptly checks statements and reports apparent discrepancies. It is responsible for correct bank, tax and invoice details and its own tax treatment. HolidayParking may set off due, undisputed or finally adjudicated counterclaims.
11. Presentation, content and usage rights
For the duration of the cooperation, the partner grants HolidayParking a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use supplied company data, logos, photos and descriptions to present and market its offer on HolidayParking and related advertising channels. The partner may update content; existing booking and settlement records remain unchanged.
12. Term, suspension and termination
The cooperation continues for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at any time without notice in text form. HolidayParking may suspend or terminate profiles or offers for security risks, missing evidence, repeated service failures, payment default, unlawful content or material breach. Confirmed bookings and outstanding settlements must still be completed properly.
13. Liability
Each party is liable under statutory rules for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence involving an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damage. The partner remains responsible for its offered and delivered services, staff, drivers, vehicles, premises and operations.
14. Changes to these partner terms
HolidayParking may update these terms when required by new services, changed processes or legal requirements, provided the partner is not unreasonably disadvantaged. Material changes are communicated in text form or through the operator account in good time. Express consent will be obtained where required.
15. Final provisions
Individual agreements in the operator account or in text form take precedence. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. Statutory rules determine applicable law and jurisdiction; mandatory provisions remain unaffected.
