Advertising measurement with click information

Without statistics and marketing consent, we send limited page and event signals to Google Analytics and Google Ads. When you arrive through a Google ad click, we store its identifier encrypted in the existing session for up to 24 hours and associate it with a booking when that booking is started. On confirmation, we send the identifier to Google with the commission value, currency and a random booking identifier to measure advertising results. No additional statistics or advertising cookies are set for this purpose. Google also receives your IP address and technical browser information. Contact details and private booking URLs are not sent in this mode; consent remains reported as denied. Google may use the signals for attribution and modeling; counting is not guaranteed. Data may be processed outside the EU. You can change your choices at any time.

Microsoft Advertising: _uetsid (24 hours), _uetvid (13 months), _uetmsclkid (90 days), MUID (13 months), only with marketing consent. Without consent: limited conversion signals with ad_storage denied; advertising click parameter encrypted in the existing session for at most 24 hours.

After your marketing consent, we also load the Meta pixel in your browser. To attribute ads, we may send Meta the Meta click and browser IDs (_fbc/_fbp), your browser IP address and browser information (User-Agent), and a SHA-256 hash of your phone number. Browser and tracking server use the same purchase ID to avoid double counting. If you decline or withdraw consent, these data are not newly collected or sent.

OpenAI also measures ChatGPT ad results: with your consent, confirmed bookings send the OpenAI click identifier, an event identifier, time, commission value and currency through our server-side Google Tag Manager to OpenAI. We do not send contact details to OpenAI.
